Conclusion

          The Millennial generation has many differences and some similarities with previous generations. Millennials are stereotyped as lazy, entitled, and technological gifted. Engaging millennials in their work will be beneficial to the company's success. There are many benefits of working with millennials, including their strengths in group projects and desire to make an impact. Employers must be aware of the many repercussions of growing up as a millennial, so that they can plan ahead to help their employees. The future revolves around millennials - understanding the generation will increase the success of businesses to come.
